Ifyou can't log in the library web service with Tougou ID,

pleasecheck the following points.

・Barcode-typelibrary card users without Tougou ID

・Facultymembers without the library user registration and annual renewal

Facultymembers need the library user registration and annualrenewal.

Non-registered persons and non-renewedpersons since last April

cannotuse the library web service. → user registration

Ifyou can't log in, though registration and periodof use arevalid,

youmay haveinput uncorrect ID and password.

Pleasesee Tougou IDnotice letter again toconfirm your ID and password.

・arabicnumerals 1 and lower case l

・arabicnumerals 0 and upper case O

・lowercase g and q

Capslock key may have been on and switched upper and lowercase letters.

Ifyou can't log in after confirmig the above, please try the following method.
