Faculty, staff and students affiliated with either university and personsissued an ID card by either university.

3.When Using the Libraries
- No prior notice required
- Viewing and copying materials are available in the libraries.
- Borrowing materials are not available (except students who are affiliatedwith "interdisciplinary course").
- Inter library loan is not available.
- You should look the website of library when you would like to use them.

- Viewing e-journals subscribed; limited to one viewing for thirty minutes(large scale downloads are prohibited)
