Entering the Library
◆ Please present your photo ID (staff ID or student ID) at the counter. ・Please write your ID and name.
Application for a Library User Card
◆ If you wish to borrow materials, a barcoded library user card will be issued. ・Bring your photo ID, fill out the application form and apply at the counter. (Visiting application only, application forms are available at the counter) ・Can be issued at any time during library opening hours .(approximately 10 minutes)
[Borrowing] ◆ You can borrow with a barcoded library user card issued by Ochanomizu / Kounodai Library. ・Ochanomizu Library: If you do not have the attached materials, please use the automated lending machine ・Kokudai Library: Please bring the materials you wish to borrow to the counter.
[Return] ◆Please return the material to the Ochanomizu / Kounodai library . ・Materials cannot be returned to Ookayama / Suzukakedai Library
Reserving materials currently on loan
◆Please make a reservation using the "Reserve" button on the Medical and Dental Materials Collection Search (OPAC) ・Holders of library cards issued by the Ochanomizu / Kounodai library are eligible to place holds. ・Materials can be picked up only at the Ochanomizu / Kounodai library. [Note] You can place a hold only at Ochanomizu and Kokufudai libraries.
About using the PCs in the library
◆You can use the collection search (OPAC) PC and the USB printing PC ・Other computers in the library cannot be used without a campus LAN account issued by the Tokyo Medical and Dental University. ・There are no PCs dedicated to Internet, e-journals, or e-books.

・Those who have not been issued an IC ID with a photo will be treated as visitors. → Visitor resevation.
・To order materials from other institutions, please apply at the library of your campus.
・Those affiliated with the Faculty of Science / Engineering cannot use the Medical / Dental Mutual Use Agreement. ■We are trying to ordering photocopies from Konodai Library. If you wish to use this service, please contact Ask Service for information.
