each month.
Items donated in the previous academic year or before are compiled into asingle annual list.

Fill in the required items in the donationapplication form and bring it to the library office on the 3rdfloor of M&D Tower. Persons who would like to confirm in advance if thematerials can be accepted should e-mail or fax a clear list of every title tothe library. The library will respond after reviewing the titles (see Points ofNote When Donating Books (4) below).

We ask that donated books be academic in nature and that they be sent afteragreeing to the Points of Note When Donating Books below.
If you fill out the required items in the donationapplication form and fax or send it be email to thelibrary, the library will verify whether it can accept the books you intend todonate and contact you (see Points of Note When Donating Books (4) below).

(1) | Donated books are expected to not already be in the library collection (verifiable via a library collection search [link to OPAC]). |
(2) | If donated books overlap those already in the collection, the library will decide whether to reuse them (including distribution inside or outside the school, disposal, etc.) and what steps to take. |
(3) | Even if donated books are not in the library collection, if they are not of an academic nature or are deemed not appropriate for library shelves, the library will decide whether to reuse them (including distribution inside or outside the school, disposal, etc.) and what steps to take. |
(4) | Books donated without advance confirmation of acceptance will not be return delivered without reason. |
(5) | If there is insufficient shelving space, some time may be required before a donated book is placed on the shelves. |
(6) | As a general rule, the library will decide where books are shelved (Automated Storage Retrieval System, open shelves, etc.). |
(7) | All mailing charges are the burden of the donator. |
